I think Tim felt good about his deal. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my employees treated people and supplied service the way Stanley had done, I would have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated all day and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer service and being good citizens.
